I really appreciate the words and feeling for himachal pradesh government to move a better budget for the year 2020. Important thinks is the gov should take care of the health of the INDIAN citizen or the state citizen for better growth. LIKE cigratte, alcohol,drugs, should be banned immediately and necessary action should be taken against them not to follow the rules or breakuing the rules of the government. Than only bright future with better growth can be seen in the state.

Respected sir,
As we are counting on our demographic dividend its potential is undermined by the grip of drug abuse.I think budget should include multipronged approach and proactive i.e focus on students at primary and secondary level allot money so that drives can be taken digital knowledge to be provided banners, doctors for education to be called etc. rehabilitation centres should come up and there is need of social policing for which training is needed that will need budget allocation.

Respected Sir,
In last two years, our state has performed very poor in "Khelo India" national sports event. At National and International level we are not performing as per expectations.
To improve our performance in sports I suggest you to open 3 Sports Schools named as "Maj. Dhyan Chand Govt. Sports School-मेजर ध्यानचंद राजकीय खेल विद्यालय", one in each Division i.e Kangra, Mandi and Shimla under Department of Youth Services and Sports(Not under Education Department).

Along with janmanch for old generation people, We young generation want online complaint system and home delivery of services.

IPH Tendering and basic consumer services should be online and website should be changed.
Police department online services are not available in actual, Please ask DGP what are they joking with public.
Department requirement of new recruit candidate and new vacancy should be independtly held by department and sent directly to commission to conduct exam like central government do.

Strongly implement of e goverance system I.e GRAM Panchyat , Village [Pradhan ], Patwari , tehsil services etc . All should be online and secured. Please take help of Haryana govt model of e goverance

मेरा प्रदेश की सरकार को सझाव है कि पूरे प्रदेश में हाउस टैक्स की एक समान नीति होनी चाहिए। सरकार घर के कमरों के हिसाब से हाउस टैक्स लगाए जिसके घर में जितने ज्यादा कमरे उससे ज्यादा टैक्स । व्यावसायिक प्रॉपर्टी का टैक्स रेट और घरों का टैक्स अलग अलग हो इससे सरकार को ज्यादा आमदनी होगी जो लोगों के बेहतर हिक्स के लिए इस्तेमाल जो सकती है

Tourism is one of the main source of income to Himachal Pradesh Govt. All measures and steps should be taken to encourage for safe tourism to places in Himachal Pradesh. Pacakage tours with incentives should be introduced by Himachal Govt. to attract more and more tourists. The tourists should not face any difficulties during their tour in Himachal. More publicity to be given for developing tourism in Himachal at National level and international level so that income grows for the Government.

प्रदेश में खनन माफिया ज़ोरों पर कार्यरत है| हिमाचल में सिर्फ 34 खनन निरीक्षक हैं जो लाखों रूपये खनन माफिया के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करके सरकारी ख़ज़ाने में हर वर्ष दे रहे हैं| अधिकतर अवैध खननकर्ता कार्यवाही न हो पाने के कारण सरकार के ख़ज़ाने को चपत लगा जाते हैं| खनन माफिया पर लगाम लगाने के लिए सरकार ने खनन रक्षकों की भर्तियां की जो संख्या में लगभग 92 हैं पर सरकार ने इन्हें चालान की शक्तियां अभी तक नहीं दी हैं| अगर इन्हें चालान की शक्तियां दी जाएँ तो सरकार को हर वर्ष करोड़ों में आमदनी हो सकती है |

Sir, lot of money is being pumped by Govt through panchayats for development of villages. But checks and balances on the system is lacking. Quality of works is generallt pathetically poor and there being no quality and cost audit. It seems that Govt remains interested in keeping the Panchayat functionaries happy and that is the only goal. System of performance audit must be introduced and responsibilities fixed. Public money must be spent judiciously for durable outputs. Thanks Sir
