Distribution of eation through ration cards at very low rates has changed the crop pattern. People have stopped producing grains. They have become shammers and lithargic and stopped hard work. Price throgh PDS shuld not be less than the cost of production. Afterall it is honest tax payers money getting distributed in the system and economy is erroding. My suggestion is to promote agriculture production and restrict free bees to make society more responsible. Thank you Sir.

Income through horticulture produce is backbone of economy of large portion of HP. It lacks attention. Apple producers face difficulty in getting reliable saplings. Then marketting is controlled by middlemen who take major portion of the profit. Budget must make provisions for increasing capacity of horticulture university with private participation for producing good saplings and also for marketing directly to the sellers like Walmart and Reliance without involvement of Aadhties/ the middlemen.

The list is always never ending,but I have one suggestion in my mind which I would like to share i.e., we see many people in our daily lives who deserves more than what they have , so therefore I have a request that all the people that we see living on the streets should be provided with some kind of a source in order to earn their living, which will help their families to sustain easily and this will also help their children to get good education. This will surely lead one step to success.

Regulate use of recreational marijuana to stop kids getting addicted to chitta n chemicals. Similar to what California has done in US. Recreational and medical Marijuana can even be exported to holland and America once international airport begins operation. Himachal will be the richest state in India

Please allocate fund to open international airport in himachal having flights to Singapore and Dubai to connect to the world. Imagine apples and farm produce can be exported directly to Europe and middle East and farmers will be rich

Please introduce training to Govt primary school teachers so that they can teach the young children of villages at par with Private public schools. Afterall they are highly paid and are left with very few students to teach. Govt school students should come up well founded to compete with good schools' students. Presently the education standard of these schools is abysmally poor and pathetic. We are responsible to build good educated future generation. Also Engish should also be taught from Std 1
