Respected sir,
As we are counting on our demographic dividend its potential is undermined by the grip of drug abuse.I think budget should include multipronged approach and proactive i.e focus on students at primary and secondary level allot money so that drives can be taken digital knowledge to be provided banners, doctors for education to be called etc. rehabilitation centres should come up and there is need of social policing for which training is needed that will need budget allocation.
