Respected Sir,
Govt should think to start a research programme for various government schemes. A Govt scheme will be given to Final year UG students of universities and colleges for research work. Students will interact with local people and collect data about impact of that scheme and submit their report to college and department running that scheme.
It will help the Govt to improve the content of schemes and their implementation. Students must be awarded with certificate like NSS/NCC.
