Like Panchayat election we appoint staff at Panchayat level similarly. Staff at Panchayat level and what level to lock down all the wards and panchayats in state and they will be completely sanitized with Government employees were sitting at home this will also help government to distribute sanitization material like gloves hand sanitizers to people at Panchayat ward levels of Panchayat.
