Distribution of eation through ration cards at very low rates has changed the crop pattern. People have stopped producing grains. They have become shammers and lithargic and stopped hard work. Price throgh PDS shuld not be less than the cost of production. Afterall it is honest tax payers money getting distributed in the system and economy is erroding. My suggestion is to promote agriculture production and restrict free bees to make society more responsible. Thank you Sir.
