Himachal Government is inviting ideas and suggestions for the budget-making process 2020-21. Please participate and become a partner in collaborative governance and contribute towards the future building of Himachal Pradesh.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

I suggest that about 15 percent of total allocation shall be
allocated to Agriculture sector. Another 15 percent of total
allocation shall be allocated to Infrastructure development sector. About 12 percent of total allocation shall be allocated for rural development projects. Rest of allocation shall be distributed proportionately to education, job, health
and other sectors. To encourage spending, state taxes shall be reduced to the possible extent as feasible.

हिमाचल प्रदेश पुलिस में वर्ष 2015 के बाद भर्ती किए गए जवानों को नियमित वेतनमान 8 वर्ष का सेवाकाल पूरा करने के बाद दिया जा रहा है। जिसे घटाकर 2015 से पहले की तरह 2 वर्ष करने की कृपा करे। क्यूंकि इस वजह से पुलिस कर्मियों का लगातार शोषण हो रहा है और आर्थिक तंगी से भी जूझना पड़ रहा है।

Respected Sir,

Please launch a scheme for a WHOLE BODY CHECKUP every year for all individuals. A online health record of Clinical History, Family history of Disease, Past medical history, Lifestyle,Habits.
Mobile heath vans should be started for pre examination of people.
After pre examination of individual, doctor will recommend some tests for that persons which will be free of cost at nearby Community/Civil Hospital.
It will help to improve health n wellness of our people.

हिमाचल प्रदेश पुलिस में वर्ष 2015 के बाद भर्ती किए गए जवानों को नियमित वेतनमान 8 वर्ष का सेवाकाल पूरा करने के बाद दिया जा रहा है। जिसे घटाकर 2015 से पहले की तरह 2 वर्ष करने की कृपा करे। क्यूंकि इस वजह से पुलिस कर्मियों का लगातार शोषण हो रहा है और आर्थिक तंगी से भी जूझना पड़ रहा है।

1 साइंस सिटी बनाई जाए
2 सैनिकों के लिए "वीर पुत्र" नाम से एप्प हो जिसके द्वारा सभी शहीद सैनिकों के लिए डोनेशन हो। तथा शहीदों की वीर गाथा उसमे लिखी हो।
3 प्राथमिक स्कूलों के लिए नींव कार्यक्रम शुरू हो जिसके तहत हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक को 2 प्राइमरी स्कूल एक साल के अंदर मॉडल स्कूल बनाने को दिए जाएं।
4 पर्यटन के लिए पर्यटन विभाग को हर ब्लॉक में एक टूरिस्ट प्लेस खोजने व उसे डेवेलोप करने का जिम्मा दिया जाए। स्थानीय युवाओं को अपने क्षेत्र के पर्यटन को प्रसिद्ध करने के लिए बोला जाए।

Dear Sir for long time govt. is spending large amount of money through village panchyats but it is unfortunate that this money is not being utilized properly. if this money is spent for connecting all village with main roads through jeapable roads and each farm is provided water connection rural himachal can become prosper. roads will connect the farm with market and farmers can sell their products in mandi with minimum transport cost on the other hand it will be easier for student to go school.
