Himachal Pradesh Government is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are prepared well to face the challenge and threat posed by the growing pandemic of COVID 19 – the Corona Virus.as of now there is no (till date 18 March 2020) positive case reported in Himachal but that does not mean that we can be ignorant about the possible threat With the active support of the people of Himachal, we have been able to contain the spread of the virus in our state The most important factor in preventing the spread of the Virus locally is to empower the citizens with the right information and taking precautions as per the advisories being issued by Health Department.
My Gov Himachal is inviting the ideas and suggestion to prevent the spread of Corona. These can include innovative and best practices regarding hygiene, , social distancing and preventing spread of rumours and being prepared rather than panicking.

We should announce through loudspeakers to remain indoor in villages for general public to emphasize the gravity of the Corona Virous

As the complete lockdown is declared by honble PM today ,employees from other departments should be called and trained for help of administration if required .

We can also start distribution system of vegetables and grocery at home to home level to reduce gathering after curfew and lockdown. Likewise garbage collection drive at home to home level. Local municipal can do this.

Kindly make a deep clean path. Two line narrow path should be be drawn on street which should be be disinfected every hour. Sick people should avoid this path. The non essential service personnel should be utilized for this purpose. This could provide a safe passage for citizens. Please convert school, college and temple area into isolation centers for doubtful cases.
