Himachal Pradesh Government is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are prepared well to face the challenge and threat posed by the growing pandemic of COVID 19 – the Corona Virus.as of now there is no (till date 18 March 2020) positive case reported in Himachal but that does not mean that we can be ignorant about the possible threat With the active support of the people of Himachal, we have been able to contain the spread of the virus in our state The most important factor in preventing the spread of the Virus locally is to empower the citizens with the right information and taking precautions as per the advisories being issued by Health Department.
My Gov Himachal is inviting the ideas and suggestion to prevent the spread of Corona. These can include innovative and best practices regarding hygiene, , social distancing and preventing spread of rumours and being prepared rather than panicking.

Hi Friends
Before Going to Janta Curfew I have
1) Slected particular area of my and my family to stay with in with in my home. Balance areas are being locked.
2) Started sanitation for the confined area of me and my family with in the house. And hope this would be completed with in next 2-3 hours with the help of my family members including kitchen and bathroom
3) I and my family has committed to stay with in this small portion of sanitized area with in my house for the entire Janta curfew

I appeal to citizens of state of Himachal Pradesh to volunteer in fighting corona virus by practicing social distancing, home quarantine, hygiene practices like washing hands, face, legs with soap and water. Wear a mask if you are infected or taking care of somebody who is infected and under treatment. I appeal to all to participate in Janata curfew that is announced by our honorable PM in his address to the nation and also to express gratitude to health workers as initiated by our PM.

I urge the government to limit the sale of some essential items like "sanitizer" and "handwash" to 3-4 units per household in order to prevent black-marketing and ensuring everyone is able to get the necessities in this crucial situation.

Tourist entry ban at least for 1month sanatiser and mask should be provided by govt for free at panchayats ward members to everyone.
