Himachal Pradesh Government is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are prepared well to face the challenge and threat posed by the growing pandemic of COVID 19 – the Corona Virus.as of now there is no (till date 18 March 2020) positive case reported in Himachal but that does not mean that we can be ignorant about the possible threat With the active support of the people of Himachal, we have been able to contain the spread of the virus in our state The most important factor in preventing the spread of the Virus locally is to empower the citizens with the right information and taking precautions as per the advisories being issued by Health Department.
My Gov Himachal is inviting the ideas and suggestion to prevent the spread of Corona. These can include innovative and best practices regarding hygiene, , social distancing and preventing spread of rumours and being prepared rather than panicking.

सर्वप्रथम तो समाज मे कोविड19 से सम्बंधित कई तरह की अफवाहें फैली हुई है जिसकी रोकथाम के लिये सरकार को स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग हिमाचल प्रदेश को सोशल मीडिया के साथ जोड़ना चाहिए क्योंकि सोशल मीडिया लोगों से जुड़ने का सशक्त माध्यम है तो इसके द्वारा लोगों तक विशेषज्ञों की राय, सावधानियां, रोकथाम के उपाय, सरकार द्वारा उठाये जा रहे कदम, लोगों में इससे सम्बंधित गलत जानकारी, धारणाओं व अफवाहों पर भी लगाम लगाई जा सकती है क्योंकि आधिकारिक रूप से इसपर सही जानकारी प्रसारित की जाएगी।
