Mukhyamantri 1 bigha yojana and panchvati yojana are started by the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj( HP). aims to boost the rural economy and create a healthy rural environment

Mukhyamantri 1 bigha yojana scheme envisages strengthening of rural economy by linking Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) under which a woman or her family who owns land up to one bigha (or 0.4 hectare) can raise a backyard kitchen garden by growing vegetables and fruits.
About 1.50 lakh women will be included in the scheme through 5,000 self-help groups

Panchvati yojana
The main objective of the Panchavati scheme launched by the Himachal government is to provide parks and gardens along with entertainment to the senior citizens of the state. As of August 2020, 256 places have been selected under the scheme and work has started in 43 places.parks and gardens would be developed on leveled land of minimum one bigha with convergence of MGNREGA, Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen), and 14th Finance Commission to enhance the life expectancy keeping in view the health requirements of the senior citizens.

Both the schemes were launched by the department recently and to make it more lucrative and accessible department is seeking public participation and suggestions. one can send their ideas and suggestions via MyGov Himachal portal . one can simply post their ideas and suggestions about the schemes in the comment section.
