Income through horticulture produce is backbone of economy of large portion of HP. It lacks attention. Apple producers face difficulty in getting reliable saplings. Then marketting is controlled by middlemen who take major portion of the profit. Budget must make provisions for increasing capacity of horticulture university with private participation for producing good saplings and also for marketing directly to the sellers like Walmart and Reliance without involvement of Aadhties/ the middlemen.

where is industry in himachal
सस्ती, निर्बाध बिजली और कामगार हड़तालों से मुक्त वातावरण होने के बावजूद यदि हिमाचल में औद्योगिक विस्तार नहीं हो पाया तो इसके लिए जिम्मेदार कौन है? औद्योगिक पैकेज मिला और रद्द भी हो गया, लेकिन हिमाचल के भीतरी जिलों तक न उद्योग पहुंचे, न निवेश। 70 फीसदी हिमाचलियों को रोजगार का ऐलान भी कागजी ही रहा। दक्ष कामगारों के उपलब्ध न होने के नाम पर उद्योगों ने राज्य के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में गैर हिमाचलियों को नौकरियां बांटी।

Government is wasting money for giving Skill development allowance to candidates who are doing DCA Pgdca from various computer centres because todays time computer education is available at every schools from small classes. So, Government should exempt computer education fully for claiming Skill Development allowance. And should save the crores of money.

HP government must increase the salary of outsourced employees specially Data Entry Operators as they are only getting Rs 7100 in hand per month which is very less for a person to bear his and his family's expenses in todays time. Govt. should think about the outsourced employees as they are doing every single work of office and getting very less.So kindly think about the outsourced employees and increase their salary to atleast rs. 15000 as there is no provision of taking them under Government

1. Age for claiming unemployment allowance should be above 30 years because currently the age for claiming unemployment allowance is 20 to 35 years which is wrong as the most of the applicants at the age of 20 to 26 years are students and they are claiming unemployment allowance which is strictly a violation of one of the conditions set by H.P goverment.
Also the age from 20 to 26 years is the age of student life. Now when a applicant is studying somewhere then how can he is unemployed?

My suggestion is that
1. The barren land at HPTDC Hotel chail be developed as flower garden on the analogy of Tulip garden of Sirinagar JK. To attract the tourists
2. All the medical diagnostic tests should be made free at least once upon reaching the hospital

कृपया इन बिंदुओं पर विचार करें
1 सभी नदियों पर खनन के लिए नीति बने ताकि प्रदेश को इससे एक आमदनी मिले और लोगों को भी सुलियत मिले.
2 ज्यादा कर लोगों की टीम एक ही डिमांड होती है कि स्कूल और कॉलेज खोले जाएं परंतु जब तक पूरे स्टाफ को वहां पर ना भेजा जाए तब तक स्कूल कॉलेज का कोई महत्व नहीं रह जाता है, अत: हिमाचल एजुकेशन सर्विस जो कि हिमाचल प्रशासनिक सेवा के तर्ज पर हर साल नोटिफाई की की जाए जिसमें कि आगे आने वाली 6 महीनों की वैकेंसीयों को भी साथ में एडजस्ट किया जाए

Unemployment of Divyang who are trained looking jobs in elementary education Department from many Years or PET DM under backlog may be appointed and emlimentation of PWD act 2016 in which 4, percentage of Reservation has been mentioned but not properly emlimentated by ho govt
