हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा गरीब परिवार के छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा में बाधारूप बन रही उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति अब मायने नहीं करेगी। क्योंकि हिमाचल सरकार द्वारा एक ऐसी सरकारी योजना शुरू की गई है जिसके अंतर्गत उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए इच्छुक छात्रों को केवल एक प्रतिशत(1%) ब्याज दर पर एजुकेशन लोन हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्राप्त हो सकेगा। इस योजना का नाम डॉक्टर यशवंत सिंह परमार विद्यार्थी ऋण योजना है।
इस योजना के अंतर्गत बच्चों को 01% ब्याज की दर पर ऋण प्रदान किया जाएगा| जिसमे से विद्यार्थी बोर्डिंग, आवास, ट्यूशन फीस, किताबें और उनकी शिक्षा से जुड़े अन्य खर्चों को पूरा करने के लिए अधिकतम 20 लाख रुपये तक का शिक्षा ऋण ले सकेंगे| डॉक्टर यशवंत सिंह परमार विद्यार्थी ऋण योजना का लाभ पाकर अब राज्य का कोई भी युवा वित्तीय संसाधनों की कमी के कारण उच्च या व्यावसायिक शिक्षा से वंचित नहीं रहेंगे|
डॉ यशवंत सिंह परमार विद्यार्थी ऋण योजना क्या है?
इस योजना के अंतर्गत जिस छात्र के परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर है उस छात्र को उच्च शिक्षा हेतु हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा 20 लाख रुपए का लोन मात्र 1% ब्याज पर ही उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा। जिसके कारण गरीब परिवार के बच्चे भी उच्च शिक्षा का लाभ उठा सके।
डॉ यशवंत सिंह परमार विद्यार्थी ऋण योजना के तहत आवेदक छात्र को लोन इसीलिए मुहैया कराया जाएगा ताकि वह शिक्षा के साथ-साथ अन्य जरूरी खर्च जैसे की आवास की सुविधा, शिक्षा के लिए ज़रूरी सामग्री, ट्यूशन फीस आदि की पूर्ति कर सके। इस योजना के कारण हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में साक्षरता दर में भी बढ़ोतरी होगी।

डॉ यशवंत सिंह परमार विद्यार्थी ऋण योजना हिमाचल प्रदेश के अंतर्गत गरीब परिवार के छात्रों को 20 लाख रुपए का लोन उच्च शिक्षा हेतु उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा।
इस योजना के तहत दिया जाने वाला एजुकेशन लोन केवल 1% ब्याज दर पर ही प्रदान किया जाएगा।
यह योजना विभिन्न कोर्स करने वाले छात्र जिसकी सूची ऊपर दी गई है उन सभी छात्रों के लिए लाभकारी साबित होगी।
इस योजना के तहत हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में साक्षरता के दर में बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिलेगी।
डॉ यशवंत सिंह परमार विद्यार्थी ऋण योजना के तहत छात्र ट्यूशन फीस के साथ शिक्षा के लिए अन्य ज़रूरी सामग्री जैसे की पाठ्य पुस्तक, स्टेशनरी के अन्य सामान आवास की सुविधा का मैनेजमेंट अच्छे तरीके से कर सकेंगे।
इस योजना के शुरू होने से अब गरीब परिवार के छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए पैसे का इंतजाम करने की चिंता नहीं रहेगी।
