Expeditious allocation of public grievances is the number one priority of the state government. Moving a step forward, the State Government on 16th September 2019 introduced ‘Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline-1100’ for atonement of public grievances by optimum use of technology. The claimants can register their complaints by dialing 1100 and the same would be redressed within the stipulated time period. Helpline has become very popular among the common man. The department has received around 208818 calls from people of different parts of the state. This facility is not only saving the precious time and money of the common man but have also reduced the footfalls in the government offices and ensured time-bound and immediate reparation of public grievances.
Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp is widely appreciated by common citizens across sections and MyGov Himachal is seeking your participation in logo designing for this Modern facility and also you can suggest an attractive name for this facility .last day to submit your entry would be on 26 February 2020. Process to send in your entries is quite simple if you are already a member of Himachal MyGov portal just log on to the https://himachal.mygov.in/ portal and submit your entries over there and in case you are not a member as of now you can first register yourself with your official email address and submit your entries then.
Winner in each category will get a cash prize of INR 5000. So don't miss this opportunity and send us your entries at the earliest. also please keep in mind Participants participating in the event will also have to send their permanent address and mobile number on the MyGov portal. Also, the participant designing "logo" must maintain a CDR file of the designed "logo". This is because the contestant must provide the CDR file to the government upon winning the contest.
