1. Five days working Policy instead of Six days working must be adopted by Himachal Pradesh to save the money, fuel, electricity,and even for sound health of employees. Or this may be started on trial basis.
2. Govt. must curtail the Earned leave of employees viz. only 20 EL may be credited to his account and rest 10 EL may be converted into Forced Leave. This can be merged with Sr, No. 1 above.
