1. Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) in respect of Doctors/ Veterinary posts/ etc. must be stopped to save Crores of Budget or under Economy measures .
2. The NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance) must be given to only those Officers who are serving in Tribal Areas/ Rural Areas/ etc. NPA to Officers working in Urban areas must be stopped.
3. Instead of One month Extra Pay to Police personnels govt. must give them one month Leave to spend quality time with their family members, sound health and mind.
